01Results disclaimer

Every power figure, dyno chart, torque number, cost saving and build outcome shown on this website or contained in our materials is an example, drawn from a specific vehicle in a specific condition, measured on a specific day on specific equipment.

They are illustrations of what the method has produced. They are not a prediction, a promise or a guarantee of what it will produce for you.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your vehicle and its exact specification, its mechanical condition and history, the parts you choose, the quality of the installation, the calibration performed, ambient conditions, fuel quality, and the dynamometer used to measure it. Different dynamometers routinely produce different numbers for the same car. Two identical cars can produce different results.

It is entirely possible to follow this material and gain no power at all, or to spend money and be dissatisfied with the outcome. That is why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

02Not mechanical or safety advice

Our materials are educational and general in nature. They are not a workshop manual, not engineering advice, and not a substitute for a qualified technician working on your specific vehicle.

Vehicle modification carries genuine risk of mechanical damage and of personal injury. Engines can be destroyed. Brakes, cooling systems, fuel systems and drivetrains can fail. Always have work carried out by suitably qualified people and follow the manufacturer's documentation for your vehicle.

03Legal compliance and emissions

Rules on vehicle modification, noise, and emissions control equipment differ by country, state and city, and change over time. Some modifications discussed in general terms in our materials are not legal for road use in some jurisdictions, and tampering with emissions control devices is a criminal offence in many places, including under the United States Clean Air Act.

Nothing in our materials should be read as encouragement to breach any law or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring anything you do to your vehicle is lawful where you drive it, and for understanding the effect on your warranty, roadworthiness certification and insurance cover.

04Trademarks and affiliation

Vehicle manufacturers, model names, engine codes, parts brands and tuning companies are referred to for identification and educational purposes only. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

The Power Path is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any vehicle manufacturer, parts manufacturer, tuning company, workshop or dynamometer manufacturer named or shown anywhere in our materials or on this website.

05Meta Platforms disclaimer

This site and the products sold on it are not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads) in any way. Meta is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

The same applies to any other advertising or hosting platform through which you may have reached this page, including Google, YouTube and TikTok. None of them endorse, sponsor, review or vouch for this product.

Reviews and testimonials shown on this site are the genuine, unedited opinions of readers of the first edition of this work. They reflect those individuals' experiences and are not representative of what every reader will experience.

Reviewers were not paid for their testimonials. Where a reviewer's vehicle is identified, that identification comes from the reviewer's own words.
